¡IDEAL ESTUDIANTES ERASMUS!.-Edificio de 3 alturas renovado recientemente con 14 hab individuales completamente amuebladas con cama doble, mesita, escritorio, armario, nevera y ropa de cama. A escasos metros del Campus Universitario UV y Politécnico. Muy cerca de supermercados, transporte público y a 5 min de la playa. Wifi 5G, limpieza semanal, mantenimiento y consumos por 60€ al mes.
