REQUISITOS DE ALQUILER: 1 mes de fianza, 80€ de suministros incluidos en el precio, 85€ gastos de limpieza, pago único a la entrada.

NORMAS CONVIVENCIA: No se admiten mascotas, Prohibido fumar, No incluido ropa de cama ni almohada.

CONDICIONES DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA: Nuestras viviendas deben ser alquiladas desde el día 1 o 16 de cada mes y su finalización el día 15 o 30-31 de cada mes. La entrada puede ser otro día, acordándola. Pero la fecha del alquiler deben ser esas.

HORARIO DE ENTRADA DE LUNES A VIERNES: De 16:00 a 19:00. Recogida de llaves en oficina. A partir de las 19:00 hasta las 22:00 coste extra de 30€. A partir de las 22:00 no se atiende.

ENTRADA SÁBADOS, DOMINGOS Y FESTIVOS: De 10:00h de la mañana a 19:00 de la tarde, coste extra de 50€.

HORARIO DE SALIDA a las 11:00h de la mañana.

How to book

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
