Se encuentra en el centro del Parque Natural de la Devesa del Saler, próximo al lago de la Albufera, rodeado de pinos y a pocos metros de la Paya. Situado A diez km del centro de la ciudad por autovía, junto a todos los servicios. Supermercado, Farmacia dos Restaurantes y local de Alquiler De Bicicleta. Servicio de trasportes público de Bus ubicada a media calle del departamento. Frecuencia de líneas EMT todo el año hasta el centro de la Ciudad Valenciana. La zona del bario es de fácil aparcamiento y todo líneas blancas. Perfil de la persona: Estudiante o Trabajador (de forma presencial ) Persona con actitud responsable y Respetuosa, capaz de adaptarse a las reglas de convivencia con otros individuos. Se requieren ingresos demostrables que respalde el pago mensual acordado. No sé permite fumar dentro de todo el apartamento ( incluso balcones) Alcohol de forma moderada. No está permitido la entrada de personas ajenas a la reserva en el apartamento. ( Visitas )
