Precioso piso recién reformado a solo unos minutos andando del río y de las antiguas puertas de valencia, las Torres de Serrano. Cuenta con dos soleadas terrazas orientadas al sur para captar al maximo los rayos de sol pero están equipadas con toldos por si te cansas y prefiere tener un poco de sombra. De vistas despejadas ya que no hay edificios próximos en frente y situado en una avenida muy tranquila sin apenas tráfico. Muy bien ubicada, Supermercado abierto todos los días del año a solo cincuenta metros. Parada de autobús a sesenta metros y parada de metro a quinientos metros. Todo un lujo a escasos minutos del centro histórico de valencia.
