LARGE DOUBLE ROOM + PRIVATE STUDIO IN EIXAMPLE (Russafa), VALENCIA Are you a professional looking for more than just a room in central Valencia? I’m offering a unique setup: a large, bright double room + a private studio, both included in the rent. This is perfect for someone who needs personal space to live and work, but also values a home where they can truly feel comfortable. The flat is, spacious, bright and well laid out. The bedroom includes a large wardrobe and a built-in closet. The private studio is quiet, independent and ideal for remote work, creative projects, or simply having your own space. There are two bathrooms but the flat is shared only with me(I am personal assistant)and my fourteen year old cat, who is calm and well-behaved. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the living/dining room is large and welcoming. There’s also a guest room for occasional visits, with prior coordination. Location Eixample – right next to Russafa, a safe, elegant, and well-connected neighborhood. I'm looking for a professional, responsible and financially stable person who values calm, order, and a pleasant home. To me, a house should be a peaceful place, but also a space open to good conversation, shared moments and welcoming friends, always with respect and balance.
