The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants).
