There are rooms for rent in this stylish 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in L'Eixample. With a generous 80 m² footprint on Carrer de Buenos Aires, this apartment has an oven and microwave in the colourful kitchen, while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few restaurants nearby as well. The Mercat de Colón is around a 20-minute walk away, and the Plaça de Bous de València is also within walking distance.
Room description
Bedroom 3 is a cozy room with a double bed, chest of drawers, and standalone wardrobe so there is plenty of storage for your belongings. This room is an interior room and will get dark easily.
What we liked the most
- The living room opens on to the kitchen, and is a great place to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a full-sized refrigerator and a few cupboards in the kitchen so there is plenty of storage space.
- There are plenty of windows thoughout the apartment to let in natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
