This modern 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Duc de Mandas, in Rascanya is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The recently renovated property has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Rascanya. This tranquil area is predominantly residential, but that doesn't mean you'll be bored! The Estadio Ciudad de Valencia (home to football club Levante UD) and the Arena Multiespacio shopping mall are nearby. And, the area is well connected by public transport - both the city center and the beach are only a short tram/ Metro ride away.
What we liked the most
- Rascanya is well connected to the rest of the city and really gives you a taste of local life.
- The apartment has a modern decor, and fashionable furnishings throughout.
- The apartment has stylish stone tile floors.
- The large kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped to cook.
