  • Accommodation is for 1 person, and couples are not allowed.
  • Domiciliation or Empadronamiento are not allowed.
  • We will ask for economic solvency (contract, guarantee,) and to justify the stay in Valencia (contract, contract letter, etc.).
  • Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but we can offer a pack with both for 80€ and leave it on the day of check-in.
  • Check in is available Monday through Friday during office hours. Check-in or check-out after hours or on weekends will incur a fee of 40€.
  • No parties, smoking or drinking are allowed.
  • Visitors are allowed only during the day and on an individual basis taking care not to make noise that could disturb the other tenants. It is not allowed to enter the accommodation with other people, nor is it allowed for anyone to spend the night in the studio or in the common areas.
