The studio also has 2 large wardrobes, 2 sofa beds to store luggage and other items underneath, 2 desks and 2 work chairs, and a window overlooking the interior terrace of the Coliving. The bathroom has a shower with screen. Included in the price: furniture, electrical appliances, kitchenware, utensils, bed linen and towels (the latter only available free of charge in summer, for academic stays it costs 80€ for the complete set).

El estudio se encuentra en la zona de la entrada al Coliving. Tiene cocina office (microondas, mini nevera, vitro de dos fuegos) y baño privado para disponer de toda la privacidad que necesites. Solo se comparte: salón, cuarto de lavandería y terraza interior. Hemos añadido un congelador extra y también se dispone del congelador de la nevera de la cocina compartida. Aquí se alojan jóvenes profesionales y estudiantes. El barrio es tranquilo y hay comercios muy cerca: desde farmacias, a bazares, papelerías, cafeterías, gimnasios... Jardines de Viveros está a muy pocos metros, así como la parada de Metro de Benimaclet.

Double studio recommended for students and young professionals up to 35 years old. It is located in a Coliving ground-floor flat with 9 other studios. The studio has a kitchenette without freezer inside, but outside in the common area. The bathroom is also private. It is important to remember that the only shared common areas here are: kitchen-living room common area, laundry room (free service) and inside terrace. The studio has double furniture, kitchenware and bed linen with towels. In addition, there is hot and cold air-conditioning. Minimum stay of 1 month in summer During the academic year minimum stay of 10 months. Deposit of half a month in summer and one month for longer stays.
