The Comfort Studios offer a wonderful view of the city from the bed thanks to the large windows.
== Property == HTM HYBRID TOWER is located at the urban intersection of Corso del Popolo and Via Torino, in a favorable position along the route that connects the Mestre-Venezia railway station to Piazzale Roma and opens up to the Venetian lagoon, with frequent transport services ensuring excellent connectivity. The skyscraper rises 19 floors high and at 81 meters tall, it has become the city's new iconic landmark. The hybrid principle, reinforced by its name, is reflected not only in the internal layout but especially in its formal solutions. The tower alternates collective spaces with residential units. From the fourth to the eleventh floor, the apartments feature large panoramic windows, while from the twelfth to the sixteenth floors, they offer cantilevered terraces and breathtaking views of the Mestre skyline and the Venice Lagoon.
