What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Two roommates will be students from Spain and France. The apartment is especially designed for Erasmus students and all the rooms are fully furnished with good equipment: bed, mattress, table, chair, lamp, wardrobe, armchair etc. Every room has a door lock.
The bus stop you can reach within three min. Perfect location for:
-twenty min by bus to Warsaw University
-fithteen min by bus and two min by underground to Warsaw School of Economics

There are rooms for rent in this modern 108 m² 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Marokańska in Saska Kępa. The kitchen is spacious and bright with a large window, and a table and chairs so you have somewhere to sit down for a meal with your flatmates. The shared bathroom is tiled and has a shower over a bath, and there is a separate toilet next door.
If you're in Warsaw to study, this apartment is a great place to base yourself. The University of Social Science and Humanities, Warsaw University and Warsaw University of Technology can be reached in under half an hour by bus, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a 20-minute walk if you fancy treating yourself after a hard day studying. On the weekends you might like to soak up the summer sun in the nearby Park Nad Balatonem.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and a dishwasher to help you clean up afterwards.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- This apartment has lovely hardwood floors and windows to let in plenty of natural light.
- If you like to work out, there is a long green jogging path right next to Vistula River.
- There is public transport nearby so you can easily get around Warsaw if you need to.
- If you have your own transport, there is parking available at no additional fee.
- The night bus passes by the flat and goes directly from the city centre. Perfect for nightlife!
Things to keep in mind
- This is a 2nd floor apartment without an elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs.
- This apartment has no AC.
