The apartments are located near the Dworzec Wileński subway station and the Eastern Railway Station. There are one-room apartments with a kitchenette, two-room apartments and studio apartments with a separate bedroom. All apartments are fully equipped, with bathroom, TV and internet access.

- For a monthly stay, one cleaning with a change of bedding is free of charge. At the request of the guest, it is possible to order regular cleaning, even daily, for an additional fee of 150 PNL.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 people. For each extra guest, an additional fee of 500 PNL will be charged per month.
- Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the facility FREE OF CHARGE! NO DEPOSIT IS CHARGED. ALL UTILITY CHARGES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
