Spotahome's opinion
The studio-apartment is located in a fully renovated building. The apartment is also renovated. New built in kitchen, new bathroom and nice sanded wodden floors. The bathroom has nice spanish like tiles and a walk in shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full fridge with freezer and pretty much all you need to cook.
The internet is reliable and there is a tv. A washing machine for clothes is also there. The apartment is located in the sidewing building and therefore is very silent.
The area is lovely, you have lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The famouse Badeschiff is just in front of the apartment and you have the water canal (landwehr canal) just at your doorstep. The area is also very green, the park is also just some steps away. The underground stop schlesichestor is also only some minutes away. tips: the bio bakery shop around the corner in the Cuvrystraße 22, is lovely and have also a daily menu for lunch.
All products are bio and they have good coffee the coffee and restaurant "salumeria lamuri" in the Köpenicker Str. 183,(a bit farther away but worth to mention) has an amazing interior and nice pasta dishes. The zalando outlet is just almost in front.

- Standard stay: 6 months (possibility to extend to 12 months, needs to be clarified individually with the landlord - make your request!).

- Check-in hours: 9:00 - 16:00 during week days
- Out of hours check-in: upon request, please check with LL
- Check-out cleaning fee: 120€- 200€ according to type of property (deducted from security deposit)

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
