Beautiful 2-room duplex apartment in Simplonstrasse This nice apartment with approx. 65 m² is located on the ground floorr + first floor of the silent and private side wing house building.
Highlight of the apartment is the living room with plenty of natural light and modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen has all electrodomestics (including dishwasher).
There is a washing machine for clothes, dishwasher. Internet is available
