The apartment is located in the heart of 6 district from 100 metr from Oktogon square and from Andrassy utca. Very close there are many public trasport tram, bus and Subway Vorosmarty utca stopped (M1-yellow metro). There are many services: Market (open 24h), fast food, restaurant, pubs and others. The apartment is composed of 3 separated bedroom every one with window + one living room with sofa + one kitchen (open space) + one bathroom with shower. In the apartment there are washing machine + microoweave + fridge with freeze + hairdryer. Included in the price there is WIFI very fast. There are a heating system in every room, and the windows are with the airtight system. The apartment is confortable and is very quiet. The position is in the 1° floor with elevator with  the independent entry. The view is on the courtyard.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
