Welcome to our splendid property located in Florence, on Via Cimabue, an oasis of tranquility just a few steps from the vibrant historic center of the city.

On the third and top floor of an elegant building with lift, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious apartment of approximately 250 square meters spread over two levels, designed to offer you maximum comfort during your stay.

Upon entering, you will immediately be won over by the generous size of the spaces, both in the living area and in the sleeping area. The lounge, furnished with elegant sofas and equipped with a TV to relax after a day of sightseeing, invites you to immerse yourself in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

The kitchen, fully equipped and enriched by a central island, will be the ideal place to experiment with Tuscan cuisine or prepare a simple Italian coffee to start the day in the best possible way.

The four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds, guarantee ample space and privacy for all guests. The three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, ensure comfort and functionality for every need.

To fully enjoy the beautiful Florentine days, you can relax and admire the view on the two large terraces, perhaps sipping a glass of Tuscan wine at sunset.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to cool the rooms during the hot summer days, WiFi to always stay connected and a washing machine to make your stay even more comfortable.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
