This 13 m² studio apartment is available for rent in Paris' 3rd Arrondissement. The studio has a sofa which converts into a double bed, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television which is visible from the sofa bed. There is also a small dining table and chairs. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped and has a small electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom has a small shower, a toilet, and a sink.
There are lots of things to do here - from shops, to restaurants, to art galleries! There are supermarkets nearby and you'll be right next to a rare books store. The most exciting thing about this central location? You'll be living next to the Centre Pompidou and the Arts et Métiers area.
