The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments.
Tenants are responsible for the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings.(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 20€, this is divided by the number of tenants).
CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm
We do NOT do checkins on weekends, in the case of needing it, this will have an extra cost of 50€ and is subject to staff availability.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
